Shipping Policy

Overview

Wine Garden Workshop offers two types of handcrafted products with different shipping timelines:

Custom Woodworking Items

Our woodworking pieces are handcrafted to order in our workshop.

Processing Time: 2-4 weeks (varies by complexity)
Shipping Time: 3-7 business days (domestic), 10-21 business days (international)
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination
Methods: USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on size and destination

Large or heavy items may require freight shipping. We will contact you with a quote before processing.

Metal Artwork (Print-on-Demand)

Our metal artwork is produced by our trusted print-on-demand partner and fulfilled through our Etsy shop.

Processing Time: 3-5 business days
Shipping Time: 5-10 business days (domestic)
Fulfillment: Orders are processed and shipped directly from our production partner
Tracking: Provided via email once shipped

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. For metal artwork orders placed through Etsy, tracking information will be sent to your Etsy account.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States and to select international locations. International customers: please note that you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

All items are carefully packaged. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
